【摘要】：目的 探討流產(chǎn)后關(guān)愛(PAC)對流產(chǎn)婦女避孕知識及行為的影響。方法 216例意外妊娠行人工流產(chǎn)婦女,以隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為觀察組與對照組,各108例,對照組婦女接受常規(guī)護(hù)理,觀察組婦女在常規(guī)護(hù)理基礎(chǔ)接受PAC,對兩組婦女避孕知識及行為進(jìn)行觀察。結(jié)果 觀察組婦女流產(chǎn)后避孕知識掌握優(yōu)良率為92.59%,高于對照組的64.81%;觀察組婦女流產(chǎn)后避孕率為96.30%,高于對照組的24.07%,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 PAC能提高女性對避孕知識的掌握程度,利于落實(shí)避孕措施,對降低重復(fù)流產(chǎn)具有顯著作用,值得推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of care after abortion on contraceptive knowledge and behavior of abortion women. Methods 216 women with induced abortion were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 108 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care. The women in the observation group received PAC on the basis of routine nursing, and observed the contraceptive knowledge and behavior of the two groups of women. Results the excellent and good rate of knowledge of contraception after abortion in observation group was 92.599.It was higher than that in control group (64.81%), and the rate of contraception after abortion in observation group was 96.300.It was higher than that in control group (24.07g), the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion PAC can improve women's knowledge of contraception, is beneficial to implement contraception, and has significant effect on reducing repeated abortion, which is worth popularizing.
