【摘要】：目的分析護(hù)生參與社區(qū)老年人慢性病管理志愿服務(wù)的可行性研究,了解社區(qū)老年人對慢性病管理志愿服務(wù)的需求。方法選取我院2015年6月~2016年6月老年慢性病患者97例和我院的護(hù)士23名作為研究對象。結(jié)果護(hù)士對參與社區(qū)老年人慢性病管理志愿活動占有98.3%,而有72.4%的社區(qū)老年人慢性病患者愿意接受志愿者的服務(wù)。而社區(qū)患者們對疾病健康知識以及自我保健等內(nèi)容較為感興趣。結(jié)論針對護(hù)生參與社區(qū)老年人慢性病管理志愿服務(wù)的問題有較大的活動性質(zhì),社區(qū)老年人慢性病患者對其需求也較高,在護(hù)士開展服務(wù)前做好相應(yīng)的活動組織,以多樣形式為社區(qū)患者們提供服務(wù),使得志愿者服務(wù)效果達(dá)到最佳的狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the feasibility of nursing students to participate in chronic disease management volunteer service of the elderly in the community, and to understand the demand of chronic disease management volunteer service for the elderly in the community. Methods from June 2015 to June 2016, 97 elderly patients with chronic diseases and 23 nurses in our hospital were selected. Results Nurses accounted for 98.3% of the voluntary activities to participate in the chronic disease management of the elderly in the community, and 72.4% of the elderly patients in the community were willing to accept the volunteer service. Community patients are more interested in knowledge of disease health and self-care. Conclusion the problem of nursing students participating in the voluntary service of chronic disease management of the elderly in the community has a larger activity nature, and the demand of the elderly chronic patients in the community is also high, and the corresponding activities should be organized before the nurses carry out the service. To provide services to community patients in various forms, so as to achieve the best results of volunteer service.
