【摘要】：目的了解冷沉淀輸注對感染患者Slit2蛋白表達的影響。方法隨機將61名感染患者分為治療實驗組:31名患者使用常規(guī)抗感染藥物+冷沉淀輸注治療;治療對照組:30名患者單純使用常規(guī)抗感染藥物治療;使用ELISA方法檢測30名健康人以及2組感染患者在治療前后的12-24 h的新鮮血漿標本中Slit2蛋白水平;觀察健康人與2組感染患者血漿中的Slit2蛋白水平,比較2組感染患者在治療前后血漿Slit2蛋白水平及相關(guān)臨床指標的變化。結(jié)果治療后實驗組、對照組感染患者和健康人血漿Slit2蛋白水平(ng/m L)分別為2.432 vs 3.644 vs 1.382(P0.05);實驗組感染患者的治療前后的血漿Slit2蛋白水平(ng/m L)為3.117 vs 2.432,WBC(×10~9/L)為10.31±6.00 vs 9.32±5.66,分類計數(shù)(×10~9/L)為7.53±5.34 vs 6.80±4.51,PT(s)為20.33±5.93 vs 20.32±5.73(P0.05),APTT(s)為51.43±13.47 vs 51.66±16.43;對照組患者在治療前后血漿Slit2蛋白水平及相關(guān)臨床指標無明顯變化(P0.05)。結(jié)論血漿Slit2蛋白對評價感染性疾病治療療效具有潛在的參考價值;輸注冷沉淀可以降低感染患者Slit2蛋白的表達,可能對輔助治療感染性疾病有效。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of cryoprecipitation on the expression of Slit2 protein in infected patients. Methods Sixty-one infected patients were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 31) and control group (n = 30). The levels of Slit2 protein in fresh plasma samples of 30 healthy people and 2 groups of infected patients before and after treatment were detected by Elisa, and the levels of Slit2 protein in plasma of healthy persons and infected patients were observed. The changes of plasma Slit2 protein and related clinical indexes were compared before and after treatment. Results after treatment, the experimental group, The plasma Slit2 protein level in the control group was 2.432 vs 3.644 vs 1.382 g / mL, respectively, and the plasma Slit2 protein level was 3.117 vs 2.432 WBBC (脳 10 9 / L), and the classification count (脳 10 9 L) was 7.53 鹵5.34 vs 6.80 鹵4.51 鹵5.93 vs 20.33 鹵5.93 in the experimental group before and after treatment, respectively, and the mean Slit2 protein level was 10.31 鹵6.00 vs 9.32 鹵5.66 in the control group and in the control group, respectively. Conclusion Plasma Slit2 protein has potential reference value in evaluating the therapeutic efficacy of infectious diseases, and cryoprecipitation can reduce the expression of Slit2 protein in infected patients, which may be effective in adjuvant treatment of infectious diseases.
