【摘要】：目的探討圍生期綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)對農(nóng)村初產(chǎn)婦母親角色適應(yīng)的影響。方法選擇600例農(nóng)村初產(chǎn)婦作為研究對象,按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為觀察組和對照組,每組各300例,對照組患者采取常規(guī)的護(hù)理,而干預(yù)組在實(shí)施圍生期綜合護(hù)理干預(yù),通過自擬調(diào)查表對兩組初產(chǎn)婦母親角色的適應(yīng)情況進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,評價(jià)不同的護(hù)理干預(yù)措施對農(nóng)村初產(chǎn)婦母親角色適應(yīng)的影響。結(jié)果干預(yù)組初產(chǎn)婦母親角色的適應(yīng)評價(jià)與對照組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);干預(yù)組產(chǎn)婦對嬰兒臍部護(hù)理、撫觸以及沐浴等護(hù)理技能掌握的情況明顯優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對于圍生期的農(nóng)村初產(chǎn)婦進(jìn)行綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)可以幫助產(chǎn)婦更好地適應(yīng)母親的角色,提高產(chǎn)婦對新生兒護(hù)理的能力。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of perinatal comprehensive nursing intervention on maternal role adaptation in rural primipara. Methods 600 rural primipara women were randomly divided into observation group (n = 300) and control group (n = 300). The patients in the control group received routine nursing, while the intervention group received comprehensive nursing intervention during perinatal period. The effects of different nursing interventions on the role adaptation of mothers in rural primipara were evaluated by statistical analysis of the adaptation of mothers in two groups by self-designed questionnaire. Results there was a significant difference between the intervention group and the control group in the assessment of maternal role adaptation to the mother's role, and the nursing skills of the intervention group were significantly better than those of the control group, such as nursing care, touching and bathing of the infant's umbilical cord, and the nursing skills of the intervention group were better than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for rural primipara during perinatal period can help the pregnant women adapt to the role of the mother better and improve the ability of the parturient to care for the newborn.
