【摘要】：目的:通過文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量學(xué)方法探究近年來家庭照顧者相關(guān)的研究現(xiàn)狀與熱點(diǎn)。方法:計(jì)算機(jī)檢索Pub Med中與家庭照顧者研究相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn),檢索范圍為2011年1月1日-2016年7月1日,采用BICOMB和圖形聚類工具g CLUTO對文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行關(guān)鍵詞詞篇矩陣、雙向聚類分析,形成主題詞聚類曲線圖、主題詞聚類矩陣及主題詞聚類樹狀圖。結(jié)果:共4 945篇文獻(xiàn)納入分析,抽取出現(xiàn)頻次≥36次的主題詞82個(gè),聚類分析獲得家庭照顧者相關(guān)研究的6個(gè)研究熱點(diǎn):腦卒中患者家庭照顧者的社會(huì)心理干預(yù)、精神疾病患者家庭照顧者的干預(yù)研究、家庭照顧者心理健康狀況、阿爾茨海默病患者家庭照顧者心理健康干預(yù)、艾滋病患者家庭照顧者心理健康狀況、腫瘤患者家庭照顧者心理健康干預(yù)。結(jié)論:近年來國外學(xué)者重視家庭照顧者相關(guān)的研究,研究的重點(diǎn)主要集中在對家庭照顧者心理健康狀況的調(diào)查和干預(yù)方面。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the research status and hot spots of family caregivers in recent years through bibliometrics. Methods: the literatures related to the research of family caregivers in Pub Med were searched by computer from January 1, 2011 to July 1, 2016. BICOMB and g CLUTO were used to carry out keyword text matrix and bidirectional clustering analysis. It forms the thematic word clustering graph, the thematic word clustering matrix and the thematic word clustering tree diagram.
