【摘要】：中國已經(jīng)進(jìn)入老齡化社會,老年人口眾多,養(yǎng)老壓力日益增大,養(yǎng)老服務(wù)領(lǐng)域急需大量老年護(hù)理人才。然而,有研究顯示,超過半數(shù)的高等院校護(hù)理畢業(yè)生不愿從事老年護(hù)理工作。當(dāng)前制約我國養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的因素包括工資待遇達(dá)不到預(yù)期,社會認(rèn)可度不高,員工學(xué)歷低,培訓(xùn)難度大,缺乏養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員的職業(yè)化發(fā)展規(guī)劃,難以吸引年輕的勞動力從事養(yǎng)老護(hù)理行業(yè)。加快養(yǎng)老護(hù)理隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的對策包括強(qiáng)化物質(zhì)激勵,提升社會認(rèn)同,提供養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)人員在職培訓(xùn)。養(yǎng)老護(hù)理人才的培養(yǎng),應(yīng)該予以政策"護(hù)理"與"護(hù)航",養(yǎng)老服務(wù)行業(yè)的發(fā)展,需要公共部門的"制度補(bǔ)血"。
[Abstract]:China has entered an aging society, with a large number of elderly people and increasing pressure for the aged, and a large number of nursing talents are urgently needed in the field of old-age service. However, research shows that more than half of college nursing graduates do not want to work in geriatric care. At present, the factors restricting the construction of the contingent of old-age care workers in our country include the salary, the low social recognition, the low educational background of the employees, the difficulty of training, and the lack of professional development plan for the carers. It is difficult to attract young workers into the care of the aged. The countermeasures to speed up the construction of nursing staff include strengthening material incentives, promoting social identity and providing on-the-job training for pension personnel. The cultivation of nursing talents for the aged should be carried out by policy "nursing" and "escort", and the development of the pension service industry needs the "system to replenish the blood" of the public sector.
