【摘要】：目的觀察整體護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)初產(chǎn)婦情緒狀態(tài)、產(chǎn)程及產(chǎn)后出血的影響。方法將商丘市第一人民醫(yī)院產(chǎn)二科接收的初產(chǎn)婦60例作為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)分為兩組,均30例。對(duì)照組采取常規(guī)護(hù)理,觀察組給予整體護(hù)理干預(yù),比較兩組產(chǎn)婦情緒狀態(tài)、產(chǎn)程及產(chǎn)后出血。結(jié)果觀察組SDS、SAS評(píng)分與對(duì)照組相比均顯著降低,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組第一產(chǎn)程、第二產(chǎn)程及產(chǎn)后12h、24h出血量均明顯少于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)結(jié)論通過(guò)整體護(hù)理干預(yù)后,初產(chǎn)婦負(fù)面情緒明顯改善,產(chǎn)程時(shí)間及產(chǎn)后出血量顯著減少。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of holistic nursing intervention on mood state, labor process and postpartum hemorrhage of primipara. Methods 60 cases of primipara received from the first people's Hospital of Shangqiu were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, the observation group was given holistic nursing intervention, and the emotional state, labor process and postpartum hemorrhage were compared between the two groups. Results compared with the control group, the SAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P 0.05), the first stage of labor, the second stage of labor and 24 h postpartum bleeding in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion after holistic nursing intervention, the negative emotion of primipara was obviously improved, the time of labor and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage were significantly decreased.
