【摘要】：目的分析術(shù)前呼吸鍛煉專項(xiàng)護(hù)理對(duì)老年肺癌患者術(shù)后肺功能指標(biāo)的影響。方法選取老年肺癌患者86例作為研究對(duì)象,按護(hù)理方法的不同,分為對(duì)照組和觀察組,各組43例,兩組患者均進(jìn)行手術(shù)治療,對(duì)照組未進(jìn)行任何呼吸鍛煉,觀察組行術(shù)前呼吸鍛煉專項(xiàng)護(hù)理,觀察對(duì)比兩組患者術(shù)后肺功能指標(biāo)。結(jié)果觀察組的肺部感染、術(shù)后二次插管發(fā)生率分別為11.63%、9.30%,低于對(duì)照組的30.23%、34.88%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,P0.05。結(jié)論對(duì)老年肺癌患者實(shí)施術(shù)前呼吸鍛煉專項(xiàng)護(hù)理,可改善術(shù)后各項(xiàng)呼吸功能指標(biāo),減少術(shù)后并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生,值得在臨床中推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of special nursing care on postoperative pulmonary function in elderly patients with lung cancer. Methods 86 elderly patients with lung cancer were divided into control group and observation group according to the different nursing methods. 43 cases in each group were treated by operation, while the control group did not take any breathing exercise. The patients in the observation group received special nursing care before operation and compared the pulmonary function indexes after operation between the two groups. Results the incidence of pulmonary infection in the observation group was 11.63 and 9.30, respectively, which was lower than that in the control group (30.2334.88). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the special nursing of breathing exercise before operation for elderly patients with lung cancer can improve the indexes of respiratory function and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
