體驗式培訓在社區(qū)舒緩療護護士上崗前的實踐與效果

【摘要】:目的 :探討社區(qū)舒緩療護護士上崗前實施體驗式培訓的效果。方法 :采用目的抽樣方法選擇40名社區(qū)舒緩療護護士,運用情景模擬、案例分享、總結(jié)體會、實踐應用等理論與臨床實踐相結(jié)合的體驗式培訓,并使用自行設計的社區(qū)護士舒緩療護知識調(diào)查問卷、人際反應指針問卷(IRI-C)分別于培訓前、后對護士進行測評。結(jié)果 :護士的舒緩療護知識總分高于培訓前,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01),其中舒緩療護概述、心理護理、靈性關(guān)懷知識得分高于培訓前;人際反應總分培訓前、后差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。其中,幻想力、身心憂急得分均高于培訓前(P0.05)。結(jié)論 :體驗式培訓是提高社區(qū)護士舒緩療護知識與技能、共情能力的有效培訓方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of experiential training for community nursing nurses. Methods: 40 community nursing nurses were selected by objective sampling. The experience training was combined with clinical practice, such as scene simulation, case sharing, summing up experience, practical application and so on. The nurses were evaluated before and after training by using the self-designed questionnaire of community nurses' knowledge of soothing therapy and nursing, and the questionnaire of interpersonal response pointer (IRI-C). Results: the total score of nurses' knowledge of soothing therapy and nursing was higher than that of before training, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.01). The scores of general knowledge of soothing therapy and nursing, mental nursing and spiritual care were higher than those before training, and the scores of total scores of interpersonal reaction before training were higher than those before training. The latter difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Among them, fantasy, mental and physical anxiety scores are higher than before training P0.05. Conclusion: experiential training is an effective training method for community nurses to improve their knowledge, skills and empathy.
