【摘要】：目的調(diào)查社區(qū)老年人積極老齡化現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素。方法采用一般問卷調(diào)查表、休閑態(tài)度量表和積極老齡化量表對衡陽市某國家級示范社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心275例老年人進行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果老年人休閑態(tài)度總均分為(3.16±0.55)分,積極老齡化總均分為(3.24±0.61)分,均處于中等偏上水平。分層回歸結(jié)果表明,控制一般人口學(xué)變量后,老年人休閑態(tài)度可獨立預(yù)測積極老齡化25.1%,其進入回歸方程的兩個影響因素分別為自我發(fā)展和身心健康。結(jié)論社區(qū)老年人積極老齡化總體水平較滿意,休閑態(tài)度與積極老齡化呈正相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the active aging status and its influencing factors of the elderly in community. Methods 275 elderly people in a national demonstration community health service center in Hengyang were investigated with general questionnaire, leisure attitude scale and active aging scale. Results the total scores of leisure attitude and active aging were 3.16 鹵0.55 and 3.24 鹵0.61, respectively. The results of stratified regression showed that after controlling the general demographic variables, the leisure attitude of the elderly could independently predict the active aging of 25.1g, and the two influencing factors to enter the regression equation were self-development and physical and mental health, respectively. Conclusion the general level of active aging of the elderly in the community is satisfactory, and the leisure attitude is positively correlated with the active aging.
