【摘要】：目的本文主要探討吹氣泡聯(lián)合肺腧穴位按摩在肺炎患兒護理中的應(yīng)用。方法選擇2014年7月~2015年1月我院收治的支氣管肺炎患兒60例作為研究對象,按數(shù)字表法分為觀察組和對照組,各30例。對照組患者按照支氣管肺炎護理常規(guī)予以護理。觀察組在上述常規(guī)治療及護理基礎(chǔ)上,對患兒進行吹氣泡訓(xùn)練同時予以肺腧穴位按摩。對比兩組患者的護理效果。結(jié)果觀察組的臨床治效果果顯著優(yōu)于對照組,觀察組患兒的住院時間明顯的短于對照組患者,二者比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);同時患兒對護理的滿意程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組患兒,二者比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在肺炎患兒常規(guī)護理的基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用吹氣泡聯(lián)合肺輸穴位按摩護理,能明顯改善患兒的臨床癥狀,縮短患兒的住院時間,增加患兒對護理的滿意程度,臨床應(yīng)用前景廣闊。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application of bubble blowing combined with acupoint massage in children with pneumonia. Methods from July 2014 to January 2015, 60 children with bronchopneumonia were divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group were given nursing according to the routine nursing of bronchopneumonia. On the basis of the routine treatment and nursing, the observation group received bubble blowing training and acupoint massage at the same time. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results the clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the degree of satisfaction of the children with nursing was obviously better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion on the basis of routine nursing care of children with pneumonia, the application of bubble-blowing combined with acupoint massage nursing can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, shorten the hospitalization time, increase the satisfaction of the children with nursing, and have a broad prospect of clinical application.
