【摘要】：全身炎癥反應(yīng)綜合征是多器官功能障礙綜合征的重要病理生理發(fā)展過程。全身炎癥反應(yīng)綜合征的發(fā)生和病理機(jī)制尚不十分清楚。目前有三種學(xué)說:細(xì)胞因子風(fēng)暴說、正反饋說、促炎/抗炎因子平衡說。本文選擇以"平衡論"思想為指導(dǎo)、以"系統(tǒng)論、信息論、控制論"觀點(diǎn)假定系統(tǒng)免疫功能保持衡定、以免疫系統(tǒng)功能自身調(diào)節(jié)代償為內(nèi)在動(dòng)力,對(duì)全身炎癥反應(yīng)綜合征免疫學(xué)發(fā)病機(jī)制進(jìn)行哲學(xué)探討,提出了以適應(yīng)性免疫功能被最大激活為前提,固有免疫功能"代償/失代償"的理論觀點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Systemic inflammatory response syndrome is an important pathophysiological process of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome. The pathogenesis and pathological mechanism of systemic inflammatory response syndrome are not well understood. There are three theories: cytokine storm theory, positive feedback theory and proinflammatory / anti-inflammatory balance theory. This paper chooses the thought of "balance theory" as the guide, and assumes that the immune function of the system is balanced, and the internal power is the self-regulating compensation of the immune system function from the viewpoint of "system theory, information theory, cybernetics". The immunological pathogenesis of systemic inflammatory response syndrome (Sirs) was discussed in philosophy. The theoretical viewpoint of "compensatory / decompensation" of innate immune function was put forward based on the premise of the maximum activation of adaptive immune function.
