【摘要】：目的對產(chǎn)科手術(shù)過程中的產(chǎn)科手術(shù)安全護(hù)理工作的安全隱患及時歸納總結(jié),并制定出產(chǎn)科手術(shù)護(hù)理過程中安全有效的防范措施。方法隨機(jī)在對院中產(chǎn)科手術(shù)安全護(hù)理措施實(shí)施前后各選取50例,進(jìn)行對比,比較兩組產(chǎn)科手術(shù)護(hù)理安全情況差異。結(jié)果通過對兩組實(shí)際例子進(jìn)行比較,針對安全隱患采取過護(hù)理安全措施的產(chǎn)科手術(shù)案例,產(chǎn)科手術(shù)中出現(xiàn)的醫(yī)療差錯比明顯少于未采取護(hù)理安全措施的小組。這樣直接導(dǎo)致患者的滿意度和醫(yī)患關(guān)系更加融洽,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論認(rèn)真總結(jié)產(chǎn)科手術(shù)過程中安全隱患進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析,并針對安全隱患進(jìn)行制定有效的防范措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to sum up the hidden dangers of safe nursing in obstetrical operation and make out the safe and effective preventive measures in the process of obstetrical operation. Methods 50 cases of obstetrical surgery were randomly selected before and after the implementation of nursing measures to compare the two groups of obstetric surgery nursing safety differences. Results by comparing the two groups of practical examples, the ratio of medical errors in obstetrical surgery was obviously less than that in the group without nursing safety measures, in view of the cases of obstetrical operation that had taken nursing safety measures. As a direct result, patients' satisfaction and doctor-patient relationship became more harmonious, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the hidden dangers of obstetrical operation are summarized and analyzed, and effective preventive measures are made.
