【摘要】：正患者女,41歲。主因活動后呼吸困難10余年,加重5個月就診。查體發(fā)現(xiàn)肺動脈瓣聽診區(qū)聞及舒張期雜音。經(jīng)胸超聲心動圖檢查,提示:右心明顯擴大,左心室腔內(nèi)徑偏小,右室壁增厚,運動幅度輕度減低,室間隔與左室后壁呈同向運動;收縮期三尖瓣輕度反流信號,反流面積2.12cm2,舒張期肺動脈瓣重度反流信號,肺動脈瓣前向血流速度增快;肺動脈呈瘤樣擴張,肺動脈融合內(nèi)徑90.4 mm,左肺動
[Abstract]:The patient was 41 years old. The main cause of dyspnea after the activities of more than 10 years, aggravated for 5 months. Pulmonary valve auscultation area was detected and diastolic murmur was found. Transthoracic echocardiography showed that the right heart enlarged obviously, the diameter of left ventricular cavity was small, the right ventricular wall thickened, the amplitude of motion decreased slightly, the interventricular septum was in the same direction as the posterior wall of left ventricle, the signal of mild regurgitation of systolic tricuspid valve was observed. The area of regurgitation was 2.12cm ~ 2, the diastolic pulmonary valve had severe regurgitation signal, the velocity of pulmonary valve was increased, the pulmonary artery was dilated like aneurysm, the diameter of pulmonary artery fusion was 90.4 mm, the left pulmonary artery was left pulmonary artery.
