【摘要】：目的探討分析優(yōu)臨終關(guān)懷護理干預(yù)對老年晚期胃癌老年患者的臨床影響及研究。方法病例通過選取2013年3月至2015年6月在入住我院的胃癌晚期臨終老年患者60例,隨機將所有老年患者分為觀察組及對照組,每組老年患者30例,針對對照組老年患者進行常規(guī)護理,而觀察組老年患者則實行臨終關(guān)懷護理干預(yù),對比兩組老年患者護理后的焦慮自評量表評分、抑郁評分進行分析。結(jié)果胃癌晚期老年患者臨終前普遍存在焦慮、抑郁等負面情緒,同時這類情緒也存在于老年患者家屬中,而通過臨終關(guān)懷護理的干預(yù)有效減輕這類負面情緒,提高老年患者的生活質(zhì)量。結(jié)論臨終關(guān)懷護理干預(yù)對老年晚期胃癌老年患者生活質(zhì)量有較大的影響,不僅改善老年患者焦慮、抑郁等負面情緒,同時也有效的改善老年患者家屬的心理狀態(tài),值得臨床推廣及研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of excellent hospice nursing intervention on elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods from March 2013 to June 2015, 60 elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into observation group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The elderly patients in the control group were given routine nursing while the elderly patients in the observation group were treated with hospice nursing intervention. The scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and depression score were compared between the two groups. Results anxiety, depression and other negative emotions were common in the elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer before their deathbed, and they were also found in the family members of the elderly patients. The intervention of hospice care could effectively alleviate these negative emotions. Improve the quality of life of elderly patients. Conclusion the nursing intervention of hospice care has great influence on the quality of life of the elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer. It not only improves the anxiety and depression of the elderly patients, but also effectively improves the psychological state of the family members of the elderly patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion and research.
