【摘要】：目的輸血是在臨床中普遍應(yīng)用的治療手段。臨床輸血操作中稍有不慎會(huì)造成輸血錯(cuò)誤,威脅患者輸血安全,增加醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失并影響聲譽(yù),所以提高臨床輸血安全性的需求十分急切。方法通過信息化構(gòu)建安全輸血系統(tǒng),并將其應(yīng)用于臨床輸血,實(shí)現(xiàn)輸血流程的閉環(huán)管理。利用PDA掃描電子腕帶芯片、采血試管、取血單和血袋上的條形碼記錄整個(gè)輸血全過程的護(hù)理活動(dòng),從而形成完整的閉環(huán)管理。結(jié)果安全輸血系統(tǒng)不僅極大地避免了臨床輸血的各種核對(duì)差錯(cuò),而且對(duì)《臨床輸血技術(shù)規(guī)范》(2000版)及《輸液治療護(hù)理實(shí)踐指南與實(shí)施細(xì)則》(2009版)中要求的具體關(guān)鍵時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)有了真實(shí)的數(shù)據(jù)記錄。利用信息化手段"強(qiáng)迫"雙人核對(duì)和提醒各種關(guān)鍵時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了從"開具輸血醫(yī)囑-備血-取血-輸血-記錄"整個(gè)輸血操作流程的閉環(huán)管理。結(jié)論輸血閉環(huán)管理與傳統(tǒng)輸血相比流程有了明顯改進(jìn),確實(shí)解決了輸血護(hù)理管理的臨床實(shí)際需求。
[Abstract]:Objective Blood transfusion is widely used in clinical treatment. A little carelessness in the operation of clinical blood transfusion will cause transfusion errors, threaten the safety of blood transfusion of patients, increase the economic loss of medical institutions and affect the reputation, so the need to improve the safety of clinical blood transfusion is very urgent. Methods A safe blood transfusion system was constructed through information technology and applied to clinical blood transfusion to realize the closed loop management of blood transfusion process. The whole nursing activity of the whole blood transfusion process was recorded by the PDA scanning electronic wrist band chip, the blood test tube and the bar code on the blood bag, so as to form a complete closed loop management. Results the safe blood transfusion system not only avoided all kinds of matching errors in clinical blood transfusion, And there are real data records for the key time nodes required in "Technical Specification of Clinical Transfusion" (2000 edition) and "practice Guide of Infusion Therapy and Nursing practice" (2009 edition). By using the information method of "forcing" double check and reminding all kinds of critical time nodes, the closed-loop management of the whole blood transfusion operation process from "issuing blood transfusion doctor's order-preparing blood-taking blood-recording blood" is realized. Conclusion compared with traditional blood transfusion, close-loop blood transfusion management has been improved obviously, and the actual clinical demand of blood transfusion nursing management has been solved.
