【摘要】：目的運(yùn)用集束化護(hù)理干預(yù)措施對(duì)腫瘤患者PICC導(dǎo)管進(jìn)行維護(hù),探討對(duì)置管部位細(xì)菌定植率的影響。方法選擇2015年11月-12月在PICC護(hù)理門診行PICC導(dǎo)管維護(hù)的腫瘤患者453例,按門診維護(hù)時(shí)間分為對(duì)照組201例,觀察組252例,對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)的PICC導(dǎo)管維護(hù),觀察組給予集束化護(hù)理措施進(jìn)行PICC導(dǎo)管維護(hù),分別在置管部位皮膚采集標(biāo)本進(jìn)行細(xì)菌學(xué)培養(yǎng),對(duì)兩組的細(xì)菌定植率進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果觀察組細(xì)菌定植率為21.43%,對(duì)照組細(xì)菌定植率為39.8%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在PICC導(dǎo)管維護(hù)中制定可行的集束化護(hù)理方案,可降低置管部位細(xì)菌定植率,從而降低腫瘤患者PICC導(dǎo)管相關(guān)性感染的發(fā)生風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of cluster nursing intervention on the bacterial colonization rate in tumor patients with PICC catheter. Methods 453 cancer patients who underwent PICC catheter maintenance in PICC nursing clinic from November to December 2015 were divided into control group (201 cases), observation group (252 cases) and control group (252 cases). The observation group was given cluster nursing measures to maintain the PICC catheter. The bacteriological culture was carried out in the skin samples collected from the tube. The bacterial colonization rate of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results the bacterial colonization rate was 21.43 in the observation group and 39.8 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion making a feasible cluster nursing plan in the maintenance of PICC catheter can reduce the bacterial colonization rate and reduce the risk of PICC catheter related infection in tumor patients.
