【摘要】：目的分析冠心病合并肺癌患者圍術期護理方案。方法選取我院收治的冠心病合并肺癌患者54例,根據圍術期所用護理方案分為研究組和對照組,研究組采用精細化護理干預(29例),對照組采用常規(guī)護理(25例),比較兩組的護理效果及對護理工作的滿意度。結果研究組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低于對照組(P0.05),研究組的滿意度遠高于對照組,P0.05。結論冠心病合并肺癌患者圍手術期采用精細化護理干預,護理效果較好。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the perioperative nursing program of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with lung cancer. Methods 54 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with lung cancer were divided into study group and control group according to the nursing plan used in perioperative period. In the study group, 29 cases were treated with fine nursing intervention, and 25 cases in the control group were treated with routine nursing. The nursing effect and satisfaction with nursing work were compared between the two groups. Results the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the satisfaction of the study group was much higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion careful nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with lung cancer during perioperative period is effective.
