【摘要】：目的西方護(hù)理學(xué)在長(zhǎng)期的發(fā)展中形成了較為完善的理論體系,但是基于我國(guó)文化的護(hù)理理論研究才剛剛開(kāi)展,有必要從護(hù)理學(xué)科建設(shè)的角度,探討護(hù)理學(xué)的邏輯起點(diǎn)及理論體系建構(gòu),這對(duì)于促進(jìn)我國(guó)護(hù)理學(xué)科的專業(yè)化發(fā)展、準(zhǔn)確把握學(xué)科發(fā)展的未來(lái)趨勢(shì)有重要意義。方法本研究運(yùn)用邏輯起點(diǎn)論,從邏輯起點(diǎn)出發(fā),以實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)為基礎(chǔ),按照學(xué)科的內(nèi)在規(guī)律,構(gòu)建學(xué)科理論體系。結(jié)果結(jié)合邏輯起點(diǎn)的4個(gè)特性,分析了將"專業(yè)性照護(hù)"作為護(hù)理學(xué)科理論體系邏輯起點(diǎn)的合理性;通過(guò)深入訪談、臨床觀察、文字及影像資料分析,提煉出護(hù)理的4個(gè)本質(zhì)特性;從學(xué)科支撐理論、學(xué)科基礎(chǔ)理論和學(xué)科應(yīng)用理論闡述了護(hù)理學(xué)科理論體系的構(gòu)成。結(jié)論學(xué)科理論體系的建設(shè)是一個(gè)不斷趨于完善的過(guò)程,只有長(zhǎng)期深入研究,才能更好地解釋、指導(dǎo)護(hù)理實(shí)踐中的豐富現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:Objective Western nursing has formed a relatively perfect theoretical system in the long-term development, but the research of nursing theory based on Chinese culture has just been carried out, so it is necessary to construct nursing discipline from the point of view of nursing discipline construction. It is of great significance to explore the logical starting point and theoretical system construction of nursing science for promoting the professional development of nursing discipline in China and accurately grasping the future trend of discipline development. Methods using the theory of logical starting point, starting from logic starting point, based on practical experience and according to the inherent law of discipline, the theoretical system of discipline was constructed. Results the rationality of taking "professional care" as the logical starting point of nursing theory system was analyzed according to the four characteristics of the logical starting point, and through in-depth interview, clinical observation, text and image data analysis, the rationality of "professional care" as the logical starting point of nursing theory system was analyzed. Four essential characteristics of nursing were abstracted, and the composition of the theoretical system of nursing discipline was expounded from the theory of discipline support, the basic theory of subject and the theory of subject application. Conclusion the construction of discipline theory system is a process that tends to be perfected continuously. Only by studying deeply for a long time can we better explain and guide the rich phenomenon in nursing practice.
