【摘要】：目的觀察出院后個(gè)體護(hù)理干預(yù)對老年糖尿病患者用藥依從性的影響效果。方法選擇2012年1月至2012年12月首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬北京友誼醫(yī)院醫(yī)保內(nèi)科住院的老年2型糖尿病患者60例,設(shè)為常規(guī)護(hù)理組。2013年1月至2013年12月60例老年2型糖尿病患者設(shè)為個(gè)體化護(hù)理干預(yù)組。兩組患者住院期間均采用常規(guī)護(hù)理方法,個(gè)體化護(hù)理干預(yù)組患者出院后由糖尿病�？谱o(hù)士對患者每周2次電話隨訪,在出院隨訪3個(gè)月后將患者常規(guī)復(fù)查的血糖化驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行資料收集并對患者進(jìn)行用藥依從性評估問卷調(diào)查,比較兩組患者用藥依從性的差異。結(jié)果個(gè)體化護(hù)理干預(yù)組Morisky評分(8.12±0.35)分高于常規(guī)護(hù)理組(5.64±0.53)分,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=2.751,P=0.032)。個(gè)體化護(hù)理干預(yù)組依從性好于常規(guī)護(hù)理組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=17.879,P0.05)。兩組患者出院后3個(gè)月空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血紅蛋白水平較入院時(shí)均有所改善,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均小于0.05)。個(gè)體化護(hù)理干預(yù)組經(jīng)3個(gè)月的護(hù)理干預(yù)后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血紅蛋白水平較常規(guī)護(hù)理組改善更明顯,差異均有顯著性統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均小于0.01)。結(jié)論個(gè)體化護(hù)理干預(yù)可有效地提高老年糖尿病患者的用藥依從性,更有效地幫助老年糖尿病患者達(dá)到控制血糖的目的。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of individual nursing intervention on drug compliance of elderly diabetic patients. Methods from January 2012 to December 2012, 60 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled in the Department of Medical Insurance, Beijing Friendship Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University. From January 2013 to December 2013, 60 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into individual nursing intervention group. The patients in the two groups were treated with routine nursing methods. The patients in the individualized nursing intervention group were followed up by telephone twice a week after discharge from the hospital. After 3 months follow-up, the data of blood glucose test were collected and the patients' compliance was assessed by questionnaire to compare the difference of drug compliance between the two groups. Results the Morisky score of individual nursing intervention group (8.12 鹵0.35) was higher than that of routine nursing group (5.64 鹵0.53). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. The compliance of the individualized nursing intervention group was better than that of the routine nursing group, and the difference was statistically significant (蠂 ~ 2 ~ (17.879) P 0.05). The levels of fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups were improved 3 months after discharge from hospital, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The level of fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the individualized nursing intervention group was significantly improved than that in the routine nursing group after 3 months of nursing intervention, and the difference was significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion the individualized nursing intervention can effectively improve the drug compliance of the elderly diabetic patients and help the elderly diabetes patients to achieve the purpose of blood glucose control.
