【摘要】：目的分析研究康復(fù)護(hù)理對小兒腦癱患者運動功能以及康復(fù)效果的影響。方法對我院2015年10月~2016年10月收治的92例小兒腦癱患者進(jìn)行研究,隨機分為對照組和護(hù)理組,各46例。對照組患兒實施臨床常規(guī)護(hù)理,觀察組患兒在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上實施康復(fù)護(hù)理。對比兩組患兒的康復(fù)效果和運動功能恢復(fù)情況。結(jié)果護(hù)理組患兒的臨床治療總有效率為95.65%(44/46),對照組的總有效率為76.08%(35/46),兩組相比差異顯著(x~2=7.25,P0.05);護(hù)理組患兒經(jīng)康復(fù)護(hù)理后PDI指數(shù)和GMFM評分情況均顯著優(yōu)于對照組,且護(hù)理組患兒的滿意度顯著高于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論康復(fù)護(hù)理用于腦癱患兒的臨床護(hù)理,可以有效改善患兒的臨床護(hù)理效果和運動功能改善,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of rehabilitation nursing on motor function and rehabilitation in children with cerebral palsy. Methods 92 children with cerebral palsy from October 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into control group and nursing group with 46 cases each. Routine clinical nursing was carried out in the control group and rehabilitation nursing was carried out in the observation group on the basis of the control group. The rehabilitation effect and motor function recovery were compared between the two groups. Results the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the nursing group was 95.65 / 46.The total effective rate of the control group was 76.0835 / 46, and the difference between the two groups was significant. The PDI index and the GMFM score of the nursing group were significantly better than those of the control group. The satisfaction of the nursing group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the clinical nursing effect and motor function of children with cerebral palsy, which is worth popularizing.
