【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查乳腺癌患者術(shù)后的心理社會適應(yīng)水平,分析其影響因素。方法:采用自編患者一般資料調(diào)查表、乳腺癌患者心理社會適應(yīng)問卷及領(lǐng)悟社會支持量表對80例乳腺癌術(shù)后患者進行調(diào)查分析。結(jié)果:患者心理社會適應(yīng)得分為(138.15±19.52)分,87.5%的患者處于中、低度適應(yīng)水平。多元逐步回歸分析顯示:文化程度、經(jīng)濟收入、術(shù)后時間、社會支持是其影響因素。結(jié)論:受多種個體因素差異的影響,大部分乳腺癌患者術(shù)后的心理社會適應(yīng)處于中、低度適應(yīng)水平,應(yīng)采取相應(yīng)的措施來提高其心理社會適應(yīng)水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the psychological and social adaptation of breast cancer patients after operation and analyze its influencing factors. Methods: 80 patients with breast cancer after operation were investigated by questionnaire of general information of patients, questionnaire of psychological and social adaptation of breast cancer patients and perceived social support scale. Results: 87.5% of the patients with a score of 138.15 鹵19.52 were in the middle and low level of adaptation. Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that education level, economic income, postoperative time and social support were the influencing factors. Conclusion: under the influence of various individual factors, most breast cancer patients' psychological and social adaptation is in the middle and low level after operation, and the corresponding measures should be taken to improve their psychological and social adaptation level.
