【摘要】：目的探討3M液體敷料在治療腦卒中失禁性皮炎患者的療效觀察。方法選取2015年1月~2016年10月我院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科收治的腦卒中失禁性皮炎患者42例作為研究對(duì)象,將其隨機(jī)分成對(duì)照組20例和觀察組22例。對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)皮膚護(hù)理,觀察組在常規(guī)護(hù)理的基礎(chǔ)上使用3M液體敷料進(jìn)行皮膚護(hù)理,觀察兩組皮膚護(hù)理的療效。結(jié)果使用3M液體敷料觀察組療效明顯優(yōu)于常規(guī)護(hù)理組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論盡早使用3M液體敷料可有效的隔離排泄物對(duì)皮膚的刺激,保持皮膚完整性,同時(shí)減少了神經(jīng)內(nèi)科腦卒中患者由于失禁相關(guān)性皮炎導(dǎo)致的皮膚損害及不適。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the curative effect of 3 M liquid dressing on incontinence dermatitis of stroke. Methods from January 2015 to October 2016, 42 patients with incontinence dermatitis of stroke were randomly divided into control group (n = 20) and observation group (n = 22). The control group was treated with routine skin nursing, the observation group was treated with 3M liquid dressing on the basis of routine nursing, and the curative effect of skin nursing was observed. Results the curative effect of the observation group with 3 M liquid dressing was better than that of the routine nursing group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion using 3M liquid dressing as early as possible can effectively isolate the irritation of skin and maintain the skin integrity and reduce the skin damage and discomfort caused by incontinence related dermatitis in patients with neurologic stroke.
