【摘要】：目的探究多維度協(xié)同護(hù)理對老年帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛患者負(fù)性情緒、疼痛狀況的改善效果。方法老年帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛患者92例,隨機分為兩組,各46例。對照組行常規(guī)護(hù)理,觀察組行多維度協(xié)同護(hù)理。對比兩組的焦慮自評量表(SAS)評分、抑郁自評量表(SDS)評分、疼痛及護(hù)理有效率。結(jié)果觀察組護(hù)理后SAS、SDS評分均低于對照組(P0.05);觀察組疼痛程度、疼痛頻率以及疼痛對睡眠的影響評分均低于對照組(P0.05);觀察組護(hù)理總有效率高于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論對老年帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛患者運用多維度協(xié)同護(hù)理可明顯改善負(fù)性情緒,緩解疼痛感,提升護(hù)理質(zhì)量,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of multi-dimensional cooperative nursing on negative emotion and pain in elderly patients with postherpetic neuralgia. Methods 92 elderly patients with postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into two groups, 46 cases each. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received multi-dimensional cooperative nursing. The scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS), pain and effective rate of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results after nursing, the SDS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P 0.05), the pain degree, the frequency of pain and the effect of pain on sleep in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the application of multi-dimensional cooperative nursing to the elderly patients with postherpetic neuralgia can obviously improve the negative emotion, relieve the pain and improve the quality of nursing. It is worth popularizing.
