【摘要】：目的探討ICU住院患者疾病轉(zhuǎn)歸情況的影響因素,為ICU護理人員及時調(diào)整護理措施,提升護理質(zhì)量提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法對某醫(yī)院547例ICU住院患者進行急性生理學(xué)及慢性健康狀況評分(APACHEⅡ),采用描述性分析、卡方檢驗和logistic回歸分析等統(tǒng)計方法,分析患者疾病轉(zhuǎn)歸情況的影響因素。結(jié)果性別、是否氣管插管、尿道口是否清潔和APACHEⅡ評分等變量是疾病轉(zhuǎn)歸情況的影響因素。結(jié)論 APACHEⅡ評分系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用以及疾病轉(zhuǎn)歸情況的影響分析為ICU護理工作提供了有價值的指導(dǎo),有助于ICU護理質(zhì)量的提高。
