【摘要】：目的調(diào)查鼻咽癌患者放射治療(放療)期間的希望水平現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素,為臨床護(hù)理干預(yù)提供理論依據(jù)。方法采用Herth希望量表、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)和抑郁自評(píng)量表(SDS),對(duì)108例患者進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果患者希望水平得分為(33.94±4.13)分。進(jìn)入多元逐步回歸方程的影響因素有3個(gè),分別為:是否已接受化療、自我效能和抑郁情緒,共可解釋希望水平變異的84.4%。結(jié)論鼻咽癌患者放療期間希望水平處于中等水平。應(yīng)采取有效的措施,減輕患者放化療毒副反應(yīng)及抑郁情緒、提高自我效能,從而提高患者的希望水平和生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the present situation of hope level and its influencing factors in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) during radiotherapy (radiotherapy), and to provide theoretical basis for clinical nursing intervention. Methods Herth Hope scale, General self efficacy scale (GSES) and self rating Depression scale (SDS) were used to investigate 108 patients. Results the score of hope level was 33.94 鹵4.13). There were three factors influencing the regression equation: whether chemotherapy, self-efficacy and depression had been accepted, which could explain the variation of the level of hope (84.4%). Conclusion the hope level of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients during radiotherapy is moderate. Effective measures should be taken to alleviate the side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy and to improve self-efficacy, thus improving the level of hope and the quality of life of the patients.
