【摘要】：隨著我國康復(fù)行業(yè)進(jìn)入快速發(fā)展時(shí)代,康復(fù)人才的缺口日益顯現(xiàn)。本文分析我國康復(fù)行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、康復(fù)人才現(xiàn)狀,指出康復(fù)人才培養(yǎng)存在的問題,對當(dāng)前和今后一個(gè)時(shí)期的康復(fù)人才培養(yǎng)工作提出建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of rehabilitation industry in our country, the gap of rehabilitation talents is becoming more and more obvious.This paper analyzes the present situation of rehabilitation industry and the present situation of rehabilitation talents, points out the problems existing in the training of rehabilitation talents, and puts forward some suggestions for the training of rehabilitation talents at present and in the future.
