【摘要】：目的分析人性化管理在提升乳腺癌手術(shù)護理質(zhì)量中的效果。方法選取68例乳腺癌手術(shù)患者為研究對象,隨機分為對照組(常規(guī)護理管理干預(yù)組)和觀察組(人性化管理組)各34例,對2組患者各個方面的護理質(zhì)量進行評估,比較2組患者干預(yù)前后的生存質(zhì)量。結(jié)果觀察組患者各方面護理質(zhì)量優(yōu)良率均顯著高于對照組,干預(yù)后的生存質(zhì)量也顯著好于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論人性化管理在提升乳腺癌手術(shù)護理質(zhì)量中的效果較好,更有助于改善患者綜合生存質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of humanized management in improving nursing quality of breast cancer operation.Methods Sixty-eight patients undergoing breast cancer surgery were randomly divided into control group (routine nursing intervention group) and observation group (humanized management group, 34 cases each). The quality of nursing in all aspects of the two groups was evaluated.The quality of life before and after intervention was compared between the two groups.Results the excellent and good rate of nursing quality in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the quality of life after intervention was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion the humanized management is effective in improving the nursing quality of breast cancer surgery, and it is also helpful to improve the comprehensive quality of life of the patients.
