【摘要】：將80例哮喘患兒隨機分為干預組和對照組,對照組行呼吸科門診常規(guī)護理,干預組在常規(guī)護理基礎上進行家庭環(huán)境和家庭功能干預,調(diào)查干預前及干預后3個月和5個月時患兒自我管理能力的變化。結(jié)果顯示家庭環(huán)境和家庭功能干預可有效提高哮喘患兒的自我管理能力。
[Abstract]:80 children with asthma were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group. The control group received routine nursing care in respiratory outpatient department, and the intervention group carried out family environment and family function intervention on the basis of routine nursing.To investigate the change of self-management ability before intervention, 3 months and 5 months after intervention.The results showed that the intervention of family environment and family function could effectively improve the self-management ability of asthmatic children.
