【摘要】：目的調(diào)查老年慢性病患者抑郁情緒與軀體癥狀,并探討二者之間的關(guān)系。方法應(yīng)用抑郁自評(píng)量表與軀體化癥狀自評(píng)量表對(duì)300例老年慢性病患者進(jìn)行調(diào)查,比較不同抑郁程度患者軀體癥狀的差異,分析抑郁情緒與軀體癥狀的關(guān)系。結(jié)果慢性病患者抑郁自評(píng)量表總分為(65.91±8.26)分,抑郁患者占54.67%;慢性病患者軀體化癥狀呈自評(píng)量表總分為(67.79±3.52)分。相關(guān)分析顯示,抑郁與軀體化癥狀呈正相關(guān)(P0.01)。結(jié)論抑郁情緒是影響老年慢性病患者軀體癥狀的因素,臨床醫(yī)護(hù)工作者應(yīng)重視心理因素在軀體疾病中的治療作用,對(duì)患者做好相應(yīng)的心理護(hù)理。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between depression and somatic symptoms in elderly patients with chronic diseases.Methods 300 elderly patients with chronic diseases were investigated by self rating Depression scale (SAS) and somatization symptom Checklist (SCL-S). The differences of somatic symptoms in patients with different degree of depression were compared and the relationship between depression and somatic symptoms was analyzed.Results the total score of self-rating depression scale in patients with chronic diseases was 65.91 鹵8.26, and that in patients with chronic diseases was 54.67, and the total score of somatic symptoms in patients with chronic diseases was 67.79 鹵3.52.Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between depression and somatization (P 0.01).Conclusion Depression is a factor that affects the physical symptoms of the elderly patients with chronic diseases. The clinical health care workers should pay attention to the role of psychological factors in the treatment of physical diseases and do a good job of psychological nursing care for the patients.
