【摘要】：為實現(xiàn)對不同階段睡眠的快速、便捷分期,本文實驗分析了心率變異性(HRV)與睡眠分期的相關(guān)性,利用支持向量機(SVM)實現(xiàn)了基于HRV信息的睡眠自動分期的算法。對天津市胸科醫(yī)院的33例臨床心電數(shù)據(jù)進行了R-R提取和主成分分析(PCA),并利用SVM對睡眠中的不同階段進行建模和預(yù)測,將分期的預(yù)測結(jié)果與基于腦電金標準的睡眠分期標注結(jié)果比對,對于三期睡眠的預(yù)測準確度超過80%,說明HRV與睡眠各期具有良好的相關(guān)性。該方法是對傳統(tǒng)睡眠分期方法的一種補充,具有實際使用價值。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the rapid and convenient stage of sleep in different stages, the correlation between HRV (heart rate variability) and sleep stage is analyzed experimentally, and the algorithm of automatic sleep staging based on HRV information is realized by using support vector machine (SVM).R-R extraction and principal component analysis (PCA) were performed on 33 cases of clinical ECG data from Tianjin chest Hospital. SVM was used to model and predict the different stages of sleep.Comparing the prediction results of stages with the results of sleep staging tagging based on EEG gold standard, the prediction accuracy of three-phase sleep is over 80, which indicates that HRV has a good correlation with sleep stages.This method is a supplement to the traditional sleep staging method and has practical value.
