【摘要】：目的了解學(xué)科專家對圍產(chǎn)期護(hù)理關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)的看法,為制定規(guī)范的圍產(chǎn)期護(hù)理質(zhì)量評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系提供依據(jù)。方法采用半結(jié)構(gòu)式訪談法對11名學(xué)科專家進(jìn)行深度訪談,應(yīng)用現(xiàn)象學(xué)分析法進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果分析學(xué)科專家的觀點(diǎn)后發(fā)現(xiàn),應(yīng)篩選圍產(chǎn)期護(hù)理質(zhì)量關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)的必要性和可行性。結(jié)論現(xiàn)存護(hù)理質(zhì)量評價(jià)指標(biāo)以通用指標(biāo)為主,不適用圍產(chǎn)期�？谱o(hù)理質(zhì)量評價(jià),應(yīng)創(chuàng)建一套可量化、操作強(qiáng)的圍產(chǎn)期護(hù)理質(zhì)量指標(biāo)體系,促進(jìn)圍產(chǎn)護(hù)理質(zhì)量的持續(xù)改進(jìn)和護(hù)理內(nèi)涵的深化。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the views of discipline experts on the key indexes of perinatal nursing, and to provide the basis for establishing a standardized evaluation index system of perinatal nursing quality.Methods 11 subjects were interviewed in depth by semi-structured interview and analyzed by phenomenological analysis.Results the necessity and feasibility of screening the key indexes of perinatal nursing quality should be screened.Conclusion the existing nursing quality evaluation index is based on universal index, which is not suitable for perinatal specialty nursing quality evaluation. A set of quantifiable and strong perinatal nursing quality index system should be established.To promote the continuous improvement of perinatal nursing quality and the deepening of nursing connotation.
