【摘要】：介紹了應(yīng)用于老年人自我護(hù)理的測(cè)評(píng)工具有:自我護(hù)理能力測(cè)定量表、老年人自我護(hù)理能力量表、自我護(hù)理能力評(píng)價(jià)量表和工具性日常生活活動(dòng)能力量表。從個(gè)體和社會(huì)兩方面,分析了影響老年人自我護(hù)理的因素主要有:社會(huì)人口學(xué)特征、生活態(tài)度及方式、健康狀況、健康素養(yǎng)、自我效能感、生活質(zhì)量、社會(huì)地位、社會(huì)支持和醫(yī)療保健服務(wù)。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)尚缺乏針對(duì)普通老年人自我護(hù)理的大范圍深層次評(píng)估,需準(zhǔn)確了解其現(xiàn)狀及影響因素,從而為我國(guó)普通老年人自我護(hù)理的干預(yù)研究提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The evaluation tools used in the self-care of the elderly were introduced as follows: the self-nursing ability measurement scale, the elderly self-nursing ability scale, the self-nursing ability evaluation scale and the instrumental daily living ability scale.From the individual and social aspects, this paper analyzes the main factors influencing the self-care of the elderly: the characteristics of social demography, attitude and way of life, health status, health literacy, self-efficacy, quality of life, social status.Social support and health care services.At present, there is a lack of extensive and deep evaluation of the self-care of the elderly in China, so it is necessary to understand its current situation and influencing factors accurately, so as to provide a reference for the intervention research of the self-care of the ordinary elderly in China.
