【摘要】：目的對(duì)酶免檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行方法學(xué)比對(duì)和偏差評(píng)估,探討其檢測(cè)無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血者HBs Ag結(jié)果的可比性。方法參考NCCLS的EP9-A2文件,以手工加樣+洗板機(jī)+酶標(biāo)儀為參比方法,RSP150+FAME24/20,EVO200+FAME24/30為實(shí)驗(yàn)方法,用40份獻(xiàn)血者新鮮血漿進(jìn)行HBs Ag雙份重復(fù)測(cè)定,用卡方檢驗(yàn)比較不同系統(tǒng)檢測(cè)結(jié)果的差異性;計(jì)算相關(guān)系數(shù)、直線(xiàn)回歸方程及預(yù)期偏差,以CV%=15%判斷酶免系統(tǒng)檢測(cè)HBs Ag質(zhì)控結(jié)果的可靠性。結(jié)果不同檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)差異無(wú)顯著性,各檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)相關(guān)系數(shù)R0.975,R20.95,檢測(cè)相關(guān)性良好,HBs Ag質(zhì)控檢測(cè)結(jié)果的預(yù)期偏差CV在15%內(nèi)。結(jié)論手工加樣+洗板機(jī)+酶標(biāo)儀法,RSP150+FAME24/20,EVO200+FAME24/30測(cè)定HBs Ag結(jié)果具有可比性。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare and evaluate the methodology and deviation of enzyme immunoassay system (Elisa), and to explore the comparability of the results of detecting HBs Ag in blood donors.Methods referring to the EP9-A2 document of NCCLS, the double repeated determination of HBs Ag was performed with 40 fresh plasma samples of blood donors, using a manual plate washing machine enzyme marker as a reference method and RSP150 FAME24 / 20 EVO200 FAME24/30 as the experimental method.The differences of test results of different systems were compared by chi-square test, the correlation coefficient, linear regression equation and expected deviation were calculated, and the reliability of HBs Ag quality control results was judged by CV15%.Results there was no significant difference among different detection systems. The correlation coefficient of each detection system was R 0.975N R 20.95, and the expected deviation CV of quality control test results of HBs Ag was within 15%.Conclusion the determination of HBs Ag by RSP150 FAME24 / 20 EVO200 FAME24/30 is comparable.
