【摘要】：目的探索多普勒超聲在診斷腕管綜合征中的作用。方法對(duì)71例腕管綜合征患者及47例對(duì)照組行超聲檢查,測(cè)量神經(jīng)橫截面積,觀察神經(jīng)內(nèi)是否出現(xiàn)血流,并測(cè)量流速。結(jié)果病例組中65例(91.5%)腕部正中神經(jīng)內(nèi)出現(xiàn)血流信號(hào),對(duì)照組則有25例(53.2%)出現(xiàn)血流。病例組收縮期流速高于對(duì)照組。神經(jīng)內(nèi)血流定性定量指標(biāo)和CSA聯(lián)合診斷能使靈敏度上升,最高達(dá)100%。電生理分期中重度患者的神經(jīng)內(nèi)血流的檢出率高于電生理正常和輕度的患者,多普勒評(píng)分比正常和輕度的患者高。結(jié)論彩色多普勒超聲對(duì)診斷CTS有一定的輔助作用,對(duì)臨床治療方案的選擇也有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the role of Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome.Methods 71 cases of carpal tunnel syndrome and 47 cases of control group were examined by ultrasound.Results in the case group, the blood flow signal appeared in the median nerve of the wrist in 65 cases, and in 25 cases in the control group (53.2%).The systolic velocity in the case group was higher than that in the control group.The sensitivity of nerve blood flow qualitative and quantitative indexes combined with CSA can increase, up to 100.The detection rate of intraneural blood flow in patients with moderate and severe electrophysiological stages was higher than that in patients with normal and mild electrophysiology, and the Doppler score was higher than that in normal and mild patients.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is helpful in the diagnosis of CTS, and has a certain guiding significance in the choice of clinical treatment.
