【摘要】：近年來,人們的生活節(jié)奏和工作壓力隨著經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展逐年遞增,身體素質(zhì)由于長期缺乏鍛煉而逐漸下降。人們呼吸及消化系統(tǒng)的功能也隨著生活環(huán)境的污染而不斷退化,有越來越多的人被確診為急慢性腎功能疾病,而且患者有向年輕化發(fā)展的趨勢。許多疾病都與血漿內(nèi)源性或外源性毒素濃度增加相關聯(lián)。因此,從血液循環(huán)中除去廢物或毒素是對這些疾病的治療方法之一。在體外循環(huán)設備運行過程中,需要對體外循環(huán)管路內(nèi)的血液溫度、血壓及血氧飽和度進行測量,實時監(jiān)測人體的生理狀態(tài),能夠給醫(yī)師治療提供參考數(shù)據(jù)。同時,防止循環(huán)管路堵塞或者流通不暢,如果發(fā)生意外情況,立即報警并采取相應急救措施。因此,連續(xù)血液凈化系統(tǒng)需要對系統(tǒng)中血液溫度、血壓和血氧飽和度進行實時監(jiān)測。本文旨在設計三個監(jiān)測模塊,溫度監(jiān)測模塊、血壓監(jiān)測模塊和血氧飽和度測量模塊,分別對體外循環(huán)管路內(nèi)的血液溫度、血壓和血氧飽和度進行實時監(jiān)測。監(jiān)測模塊的設計是以MSP430單片機為核心,以MLX90614紅外溫度傳感器、NPC-1220氣壓傳感器和寬譜硅光電池作為信號檢測單元,分別檢測循環(huán)管路中血液溫度、血壓和血氧飽和度,并將檢測得到的信號經(jīng)過放大濾波處理后,在MSP430單片機中計算處理,并將血液溫度值、血壓值和血氧飽和度值通過LCD顯示屏顯示。實驗表明,本文設計的連續(xù)血液凈化系統(tǒng)中實時監(jiān)測模塊功耗低,具有較好的抗干擾能力和較高的測量精度。同時實時監(jiān)測模塊采用的都是非侵入式測量,因此在保證測量精度的基礎上,避免了由于同血液接觸而造成感染。
[Abstract]:In recent years, people's rhythm of life and work pressure is increasing year by year with the rapid development of economy, because of the long-term lack of exercise and physical quality decreased gradually. The people of respiratory and digestive system function with living environment pollution and degradation, there are more and more people have been diagnosed as acute or chronic renal disease, and patients with development to the young trend. Many diseases are associated with plasma endogenous or exogenous toxin concentration is associated with increased. Therefore, from blood circulation to remove waste or toxins is one of the treatments for these diseases. In cardiopulmonary bypass equipment during the operation, the need for extracorporeal circulation pipe in blood temperature, blood pressure and oxygen saturation. Measurement, real-time monitoring of human physiological state, it can provide the reference data for medical treatment. At the same time, to prevent the circulation pipeline blockage or poor circulation, if the accident situation, The police immediately and take appropriate emergency measures. Therefore, continuous blood purification system to the temperature of the blood system, blood pressure and oxygen saturation monitoring. This paper aims to design three monitoring module, temperature monitoring module, blood pressure monitoring module and oxygen saturation measurement module, respectively for extracorporeal circulation pipe in blood temperature, blood pressure and oxygen the saturation of the real-time monitoring, monitoring module is designed with MSP430 MCU as the core, using MLX90614 infrared temperature sensor, NPC-1220 pressure sensor and a wide spectrum of silicon photocell as the signal detection unit, respectively, the temperature of the blood circulation pipeline, blood pressure and oxygen saturation, and the detected signal after amplifying and filtering processing, computing process MSP430 microcontroller, and the blood temperature, blood pressure and oxygen saturation value through the LCD display. The experimental results show that this design The continuous blood purification real-time monitoring module in the system of low power consumption, the measurement precision has good anti-jamming capability and high real-time monitoring module. At the same time are used in non intrusive measurement, so the precision and avoid the same blood contact caused by infection.
