【摘要】：目的探討ICU血液透析導(dǎo)管相關(guān)性血流感染的危險(xiǎn)因素及干預(yù)措施,為降低血液透析導(dǎo)管相關(guān)血流感染率提供依據(jù)。方法選取2012年1月-2014年12月入住醫(yī)院ICU的1 330例患者為研究對(duì)象,回顧性分析患者臨床資料,對(duì)發(fā)生感染患者進(jìn)行因素分析,數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS 17.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果患者共發(fā)生血液透析導(dǎo)管相關(guān)血流感染60例,千日感染率為3.39‰;多因素logistic回歸分析顯示,傳統(tǒng)解剖定位法血液透析置管方式、股靜脈置管、導(dǎo)管留置時(shí)間是ICU患者發(fā)生導(dǎo)管相關(guān)性血流感染的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論血液透析置管方式、股靜脈置管、導(dǎo)管留置時(shí)間為導(dǎo)致ICU患者血液透析導(dǎo)管血流感染高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素,需采取相應(yīng)的措施以降低血液透析導(dǎo)管相關(guān)血流感染發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the risk factors and intervention measures of ICU hemodialysis catheter associated blood stream infection. Methods 1 330 patients who were admitted to hospital ICU from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected as the study objects. The clinical data of the patients were analyzed retrospectively and the factors of the infected patients were analyzed. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software. Results there were 60 cases of hemodialysis catheter-related blood stream infection, the infection rate was 3.39 鈥，
