【摘要】：目的探討ICU血液透析導管相關性血流感染的危險因素及干預措施,為降低血液透析導管相關血流感染率提供依據(jù)。方法選取2012年1月-2014年12月入住醫(yī)院ICU的1 330例患者為研究對象,回顧性分析患者臨床資料,對發(fā)生感染患者進行因素分析,數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS 17.0軟件進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果患者共發(fā)生血液透析導管相關血流感染60例,千日感染率為3.39‰;多因素logistic回歸分析顯示,傳統(tǒng)解剖定位法血液透析置管方式、股靜脈置管、導管留置時間是ICU患者發(fā)生導管相關性血流感染的獨立危險因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論血液透析置管方式、股靜脈置管、導管留置時間為導致ICU患者血液透析導管血流感染高風險因素,需采取相應的措施以降低血液透析導管相關血流感染發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the risk factors and intervention measures of ICU hemodialysis catheter associated blood stream infection. Methods 1 330 patients who were admitted to hospital ICU from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected as the study objects. The clinical data of the patients were analyzed retrospectively and the factors of the infected patients were analyzed. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software.
