【摘要】：目的:探討血必凈注射液對(duì)膿毒癥患者凝血功能及預(yù)后的影響。方法:50例膿毒癥患者根據(jù)入院先后順序分為對(duì)照組與觀察組,各25例。對(duì)照組患者予常規(guī)治療,觀察組患者在常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合血必凈注射液(50 ml,加入5%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化鈉注射液250 ml中靜脈滴注,bid)治療,療程均為7 d。比較兩組患者治療7 d后的凝血功能指標(biāo)水平、急性生理與慢性健康表(APACHEⅡ)評(píng)分及28 d后的病死率。結(jié)果:兩組患者治療7 d后的凝血功能各指標(biāo)較治療前均明顯改善,APACHEⅡ評(píng)分較治療前均明顯下降,且觀察組改善或下降程度均明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);隨訪28 d,觀察組患者的病死率為16%,低于對(duì)照組(28%),但差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:血必凈注射液可通過抑制凝血活化、糾正凝血功能紊亂而改善膿毒癥病情的嚴(yán)重程度。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of Xuebijing injection on coagulation function and prognosis of sepsis patients. Methods: according to the order of admission, 50 patients with sepsis were divided into control group and observation group with 25 cases each. The patients in the observation group were treated with 50 ml Xuebijing injection combined with 5% glucose injection or 250ml intravenous infusion of 0.9% sodium chloride injection on the basis of routine treatment. The course of treatment was 7 days. The coagulation function indexes were compared between the two groups after 7 days of treatment.
