【摘要】：目的分析和研究急診科護(hù)理安全隱患及防范管理對(duì)策實(shí)施對(duì)護(hù)理效果影響。方法選取2014年3月~2016年3月急診科收治的患者234例作為研究對(duì)象。按防范管理對(duì)策實(shí)施與否將其分為管理組與對(duì)照組,各117例。對(duì)照組患者按常規(guī)方法實(shí)施安全管理;管理組患者按風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范管理法實(shí)施安全管理,將兩組患者護(hù)理缺陷、護(hù)理投訴發(fā)生率進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果兩組患者的護(hù)理缺陷、護(hù)理投訴發(fā)生率對(duì)比,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論將風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理措施應(yīng)用于急診科,其可有效規(guī)避急診科護(hù)理風(fēng)險(xiǎn),避免或減少護(hù)理不良事件發(fā)生,對(duì)保證患者救治安全及提高臨床護(hù)理質(zhì)量均具有重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze and study the hidden dangers of nursing care in emergency department and the effect of preventive management measures on nursing effect. Methods 234 patients admitted to the emergency department from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into management group and control group. There were 117 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with safety management according to the routine method, the patients in the management group were treated with safety management according to the risk prevention management method, and the nursing defects and the incidence of nursing complaints were compared between the two groups. Results the nursing defects of the two groups were analyzed. Conclusion applying the risk management measures to the emergency department can effectively avoid the nursing risk and avoid or reduce the occurrence of the adverse events in the nursing department, the difference of the incidence rate of nursing complaints is statistically significant (P0.050.Conclusion applying the risk management measures to the emergency department can effectively avoid the nursing risk and reduce the occurrence of the adverse events. It plays an important role in ensuring the safety of patients and improving the quality of clinical nursing.
