【摘要】：目的研究Th17細(xì)胞和Treg細(xì)胞及相關(guān)細(xì)胞因子在紅細(xì)胞輸注無效患者外周血中的水平變化。方法采用流式細(xì)胞術(shù)檢測36名反復(fù)輸注紅細(xì)胞患者(分為無效組和有效組)外周血中Th17及Treg細(xì)胞的變化,采用ELISA方法檢測血清中IL-6、IL-23、IL-17和TGF-β的濃度。結(jié)果輸注無效組患者輸血后Th17細(xì)胞、IL-6、IL-23和IL-17水平較輸血前明顯升高(P0.05),Treg細(xì)胞和TGF-β水平較輸血前明顯降低(P0.05),差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;有效組患者Th17、Treg、IL-6、IL-23、IL-17和TGF-β水平無改變(P0.05)。結(jié)論紅細(xì)胞輸注無效患者的免疫系統(tǒng)處于活躍狀態(tài),Th17、Treg、IL-6、IL-23、IL-17和TGF-β水平變化,這些原因可能參與紅細(xì)胞輸注無效免疫發(fā)病過程。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the changes of Th17 cells, Treg cells and related cytokines in peripheral blood of patients with ineffective erythrocyte transfusion. Methods flow cytometry was used to detect 36 patients with repeated red blood cell transfusion (divided into ineffective group and effective group). The changes of Th17 and Treg cells in peripheral blood, The serum levels of IL-6, IL-23, IL-17 and TGF- 尾 were detected by ELISA method. Results the levels of IL-6, IL-23 and IL-17 in Th17 cells were significantly higher than those before blood transfusion in patients with ineffective transfusion, and the levels of P0.05Treg cells and TGF- 尾 were significantly lower than those before blood transfusion (P 0.05). In the effective group, the levels of IL-23 IL-17 and TGF- 尾 were not changed. Conclusion the immune system of the patients with ineffective erythrocyte transfusion is active and the levels of IL-23 IL-17 and TGF- 尾 may be involved in the pathogenesis of ineffective red blood cell transfusion.
