【摘要】：目的了解山西省晉中市2015年健康人群麻疹抗體水平,為麻疹的預(yù)防控制提供參考依據(jù)。方法于2015年5—10月采用按容量比例概率抽樣方法在晉中市11個縣(區(qū)、市)及1個開發(fā)區(qū)抽取2 918名健康人群進行調(diào)查問卷和Ig G抗體水平檢測。結(jié)果晉中市2015年2 918名健康人群中檢出麻疹抗體陽性者2 315人,麻疹抗體陽性率為79.34%,幾何平均濃度(GMC)為503.75 m U/m L,麻疹抗體陽性者的GMC為605.86 m U/m L;晉中市不同特征人群比較,不同年齡和麻疹免疫史健康組人群麻疹抗體陽性率差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均P0.05),不同年齡、地區(qū)和麻疹免疫史健康人群GMC差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均P0.05);不同年齡、地區(qū)和麻疹免疫史麻疹抗體陽性者GMC差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。結(jié)論晉中市麻疹抗體水平較低,不同特征人群麻疹抗體水平不同。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the measles antibody level of healthy population in Jinzhong city in 2015 and to provide reference for measles prevention and control. Methods in 11 counties (districts) of Jinzhong city from 2015 to October, the volume proportional probability sampling method was used. A total of 2 918 healthy people were selected from Jinzhong city and one of them were tested for IgG antibody level. Results in 2015, 2 315 people were positive for measles antibody in Jinzhong city, and 2 918 healthy people were tested for measles antibody positive in Jinzhong city on 2015, the results showed that measles antibody was positive in 2 918 healthy people. The positive rate of measles antibody was 79.34, the geometric mean concentration (GMC) was 503.75 m / m / mL, the GMC of measles antibody positive group was 605.86 m / m / mL. The positive rate of measles antibody was significantly different among different age groups and healthy people with measles immunization history (all P 0.05, P 0.05), and there were significant differences in GMC among different ages, regions and healthy population with measles immunization history (all P 0.05; different ages). There were significant differences in GMC between regions and measles immunization history positive individuals (all P 0.05). Conclusion the measles antibody level in Jinzhong City is lower and the measles antibody level of different characteristic population is different.
