【摘要】：目的探討用藥護理對直腸癌造口患者心理狀態(tài)的影響效果。方法選取2014年1月至2016年8月在醫(yī)院行經(jīng)腹會陰聯(lián)合直腸癌根治術(shù)的直腸癌造口患者86例,隨機分為對照組和觀察組,各43例。對照組患者按常規(guī)護理,觀察組患者則采用用藥護理,觀察兩組患者護理干預后術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況,比較干預前后的心理狀態(tài)變化及自我護理能力。結(jié)果出院時,觀察組患者焦慮情緒評分為(11.23±4.25)分,抑郁評分為(14.24±5.47)分,顯著低于對照組患者的(16.67±5.18)分、(18.61±2.24)分,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);出院3個月,觀察組患者的焦慮情緒評分為(8.58±3.14)分,抑郁評分為(5.89±1.17)分,顯著低于對照組患者的(13.45±4.27)分、(13.47±1.28)分,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);出院時和出院3個月,觀察組患者自我護理能力評分、自我概念、健康知識水平、自我護理技能、自我責任感評分均顯著高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);觀察組直腸癌患者造口術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率為9.30%,顯著低于對照組的18.60%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論直腸癌造口患者采用全程化及用藥護理可有效改善患者的心理狀態(tài),同時可提升患者的自我護理能力,并能降低術(shù)后并發(fā)癥風險,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of medication nursing on the psychological status of patients with rectal cancer. Methods 86 patients with rectal cancer undergoing transabdominal perineum combined radical rectal cancer operation from January 2014 to August 2016 were selected. The patients in the control group and the observation group were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the observation group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care, while the patients in the observation group were given medication nursing, and the complications after nursing intervention were observed in the two groups. Results the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were 11.23 鹵4.25 and 14.24 鹵5.47 respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (18.61 鹵2.24). The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were 8.58 鹵3.14 and 5.89 鹵1.17 respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (13.45 鹵4.27) and 13.47 鹵1.28, respectively. The scores of self-nursing ability, self-concept, health knowledge, self-nursing skills and self-responsibility in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The incidence of postoperative complications in patients with rectal cancer in the observation group was 9.30, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (18.60%), and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the whole procedure and nursing care of patients with rectal cancer ostomy can be improved effectively. The mental state of a good patient, At the same time, it can improve the ability of self-nursing and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
