【摘要】：目的探討科學(xué)、可行的家屬參與急性缺血性腦卒中患者早期活動(dòng)方案。方法在文獻(xiàn)回顧、半結(jié)構(gòu)式訪談的基礎(chǔ)上,基于互動(dòng)式患者參與患者安全理論框架,初步形成急性缺血性腦卒中患者家屬參與早期活動(dòng)方案。通過(guò)19名專(zhuān)家進(jìn)行2輪德?tīng)柗品▽?zhuān)家咨詢(xún),修訂急性缺血性腦卒中患者家屬參與早期活動(dòng)方案。結(jié)果 2輪專(zhuān)家咨詢(xún)的問(wèn)卷回收率分別為89.47%和100%,專(zhuān)家權(quán)威系數(shù)為0.786和0.797。最終形成的急性缺血性腦卒中患者家屬參與早期活動(dòng)方案包括決策性參與、照護(hù)性參與、訴求性參與及安全保障方案4項(xiàng)一級(jí)指標(biāo),二級(jí)指標(biāo)8項(xiàng),三級(jí)指標(biāo)29項(xiàng)。結(jié)論患者家屬參與急性缺血性腦卒中患者早期活動(dòng)方案的制訂可提高家屬對(duì)患者活動(dòng)的關(guān)注與支持,對(duì)促進(jìn)卒中患者康復(fù)有積極作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore a scientific and feasible scheme for family members to participate in the early activities of patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods based on literature review, semi-structured interviews, and the framework of interactive patients' participation in patient safety theory, The initial formation of families of patients with acute ischemic stroke involved in early activities. Two rounds of Delphi expert consultation were conducted through 19 experts. Results the recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultation were 89.47% and 100, respectively, and the expert authority coefficients were 0.786 and 0.797 respectively. Participation in early activity programmes, including decision-making participation, Care participation, appeal participation and safety and security program 4 primary indicators, secondary indicators 8, Conclusion the formulation of early activity plan for patients with acute ischemic stroke can increase the attention and support of family members to patients' activities and play an active role in promoting the rehabilitation of patients with acute ischemic cerebral apoplexy.
