【摘要】：目的翻譯護(hù)士實(shí)踐量表(nursing practice inventor,NPI),并對(duì)其信效度進(jìn)行初步評(píng)價(jià)。方法使用NPI對(duì)218例患者家屬進(jìn)行調(diào)查,并對(duì)測定結(jié)果進(jìn)行信效度分析。結(jié)果 NPI中文版量表的Cronbach'sα系數(shù)在0.806~0.902;分半系數(shù)為0.667,說明NPI中文版量表具有良好的內(nèi)部一致性。內(nèi)容效度(content validity index,CVI)平均值為0.93;因子分析共提取6個(gè)公因子,累積貢獻(xiàn)率為68.74%;且各條目的因子載荷均大于0.4。結(jié)論 NPI中文版量表具有較好的信效度,適合作為護(hù)士行為能力的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the reliability and validity of Nursing practice inventory (NPI). Methods NPI was used to investigate 218 patients' family members. Results the Cronbach's 偽 coefficient of the Chinese version of NPI was 0.806 / 0.902, and the split-half coefficient was 0.667, which indicated that the Chinese version of NPI had good internal consistency. The average value of content validity and content validity index was 0.93; factor analysis showed that the Chinese version of NPI had good internal consistency. Six common factors were extracted. The cumulative contribution rate was 68.74 and the load of each objective factor was greater than 0.4Conclusion the Chinese version of NPI has good reliability and validity and is suitable for the evaluation of nurses' behavioral ability.
