【摘要】：目的:分析個(gè)性化護(hù)理對(duì)婦女產(chǎn)后非意愿妊娠及性生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法:選取我院2012年12月至2013年12月產(chǎn)后婦女104例,完全隨機(jī)分為干預(yù)組和對(duì)照組,每組52例,對(duì)干預(yù)組產(chǎn)婦給予個(gè)性化護(hù)理,對(duì)照組產(chǎn)婦接受常規(guī)護(hù)理。兩組均于產(chǎn)后進(jìn)行為期1年的隨訪,以問(wèn)卷調(diào)查形式評(píng)價(jià)干預(yù)效果,比較兩組產(chǎn)婦避孕知識(shí)掌握率、產(chǎn)后42 d內(nèi)恢復(fù)性生活人數(shù)及產(chǎn)后意外妊娠的發(fā)生率,比較兩組盆底肌功能狀態(tài)和性生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分。結(jié)果:干預(yù)組對(duì)安全期避孕、陰道環(huán)、絕育手術(shù)的掌握率(51.92%、36.54%、28.85%)較對(duì)照組(32.69%、17.31%、9.62%)顯著增高(P0.05);干預(yù)組產(chǎn)后42 d內(nèi)恢復(fù)性生活概率和非意愿妊娠發(fā)生率(3.85%、1.92%)較對(duì)照組(25%、11.54%)顯著較低(P0.05);干預(yù)組盆底肌功能狀態(tài)Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度概率(78.85%、17.31%)較對(duì)照組(21.15%、5.77%)顯著增高(P0.05);干預(yù)組陰道阻力(8.34±0.85)分、性欲(7.51±0.94)分、性厭惡(7.62±0.73)分和性生活滿意程度(6.97±0.42)分較對(duì)照組(3.65±0.84)分、(3.48±0.78)分、(7.26±0.81)分、(5.39±0.40)分顯著增高(P0.05)。結(jié)論:接受個(gè)性化護(hù)理能提高產(chǎn)婦避孕知識(shí)掌握率,產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后非意愿妊娠發(fā)生率顯著降低,盆底肌功能狀態(tài)得到恢復(fù),性生活滿意程度較高,有臨床應(yīng)用推廣價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the effect of individualized nursing care on the quality of postpartum unwanted pregnancy and sexual life of women. Methods: 104 postpartum women in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2013 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 52 cases in each group. The intervention group was given individualized nursing, the control group received routine nursing. The two groups were followed up for one year after delivery. The intervention effect was evaluated by questionnaire, and the rate of mastering contraceptive knowledge was compared between the two groups. After 42 days of postpartum sexual life recovery and the incidence of postpartum pregnancy, the pelvic floor muscle function and sexual quality were compared between the two groups. The mastering rate of sterilizing operation (51.92 / 36.54 / 28.85) was significantly higher than that of the control group (32.69 / 17.31 / 9.62); the probability of recovery of sexual life and the incidence of unwanted pregnancy within 42 days after delivery in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group (255.11.54); the second degree of pelvic fundus function in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group, and the incidence of unwanted pregnancy was 3.85 鹵1.92% in the intervention group, and the second degree of pelvic fundus function in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The third degree probability (78.85) was significantly higher than that in the control group (5.77), and the vaginal resistance was 8.34 鹵0.85 in the intervention group, and the sexual desire was 7.51 鹵0.94 in the intervention group. The scores of sexual disgust (7.62 鹵0.73) and sexual satisfaction (6.97 鹵0.42) were significantly higher than those of control group (3.65 鹵0.84) and 7.26 鹵0.81) (5.39 鹵0.40). Conclusion: individualized nursing can improve the rate of contraceptive knowledge of parturient, and the incidence of unwanted pregnancy after delivery is significantly lower. The functional state of pelvic floor muscle was recovered, the satisfaction of sexual life was high, and the clinical application was worth popularizing.
