【摘要】：目的了解新疆農(nóng)村中小學(xué)生血紅蛋白水平并分析其主要影響因素,為干預(yù)措施提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法隨機(jī)抽取國(guó)家營(yíng)養(yǎng)改善計(jì)劃重點(diǎn)監(jiān)測(cè)縣新疆莎車(chē)縣和阿合縣農(nóng)村共6所小學(xué)和6所中學(xué),抽取一年級(jí)到初三年級(jí)的中小學(xué)生,每個(gè)年級(jí)抽取40人,男女生各半作為調(diào)查對(duì)象,進(jìn)行體格測(cè)量、血紅蛋白檢測(cè)和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,并采末梢靜脈血檢測(cè)血紅蛋血,應(yīng)用多因素Logistic回歸分析篩選影響低血紅蛋血的主要因素。結(jié)果共調(diào)查中小學(xué)生2 129名,其中男生1024名,女生1 105名,低血紅蛋白檢出率為3.1%。單因素結(jié)果顯示:中小學(xué)男生、小學(xué)低年級(jí)學(xué)生、學(xué)校開(kāi)設(shè)健康教育課、近一周攝入豆類(lèi)食物較多、營(yíng)養(yǎng)知識(shí)得分高以及學(xué)校提供食物攝入情況好等學(xué)生貧血檢出率較低。多因素logistic回歸結(jié)果顯示,女學(xué)生(OR=2.164)是高危人群;位于縣城學(xué)校(OR=0.078)、由學(xué)校食堂供餐(OR=0.338)、學(xué)校性質(zhì)為中心小學(xué)和普通中學(xué)的學(xué)校(OR=0.505)是降低中小學(xué)生貧血的保護(hù)因素。結(jié)論應(yīng)著重加強(qiáng)學(xué)校營(yíng)養(yǎng)改善計(jì)劃有效實(shí)施及宣傳教育,針對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)剌^為落后的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)學(xué)校,積極推進(jìn)學(xué)校食堂建設(shè)和配餐指導(dǎo),開(kāi)展形式多樣的健康教育活動(dòng),提倡合理營(yíng)養(yǎng),開(kāi)展食育教育,樹(shù)立平衡膳食的理念,是降低農(nóng)村學(xué)生缺鐵性貧血率的根本措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the hemoglobin level of primary and middle school students in rural areas of Xinjiang and analyze its main influencing factors. Methods six primary schools and six middle schools in Shache County and Ahe County of Xinjiang were randomly selected from primary and middle school students from grade one to grade three. A total of 40 students, half male and half male and female, were selected from each grade for physical measurement, hemoglobin testing and questionnaire investigation, and blood red egg blood was collected from peripheral venous blood. Aiming at the backward local township schools, we should actively promote the construction of school canteens and the guidance of food distribution, carry out various kinds of health education activities, promote rational nutrition, carry out food education, and establish the idea of balanced diet. It is the fundamental measure to reduce the rate of iron deficiency anemia in rural students.
