【摘要】：目的探討兒科門診手足口病交叉感染的臨床護理方案,為降低患兒感染率提供臨床參考依據(jù)。方法分析2013年8月-2014年12月醫(yī)院收治的180例手足口病患兒臨床資料,給予患兒家屬健康教育指導,了解患兒家屬對疾病、家庭護理知識的了解,并對患兒家屬進行護理干預,干預后再對患兒家屬進行上述調(diào)查,分析其對疾病相關(guān)知識及疾病護理的掌握率,數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS 17.0軟件進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果手足口病患兒多發(fā)于3~6月份,1~3歲患兒為多發(fā)人群;護理干預前后患兒家屬對疾病發(fā)病原因、臨床癥狀、傳播途徑、疾病傳染性增強時段、臨床治療原則和常用治療藥物了解情況差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論給予兒科門診手足口病患兒家屬一定護理知識,有利于減少患兒交叉感染,緩解患兒家屬情緒,可有效促進患兒疾病康復。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the clinical nursing plan of hand, foot and mouth disease cross infection in pediatric outpatient department, and to provide clinical reference for reducing the infection rate of children. Methods the clinical data of 180 children with hand foot and mouth disease admitted in hospital from August 2013 to December 2014 were analyzed. To give health education guidance to the family members of the children, to understand their knowledge of diseases and family nursing, and to carry out nursing intervention to the family members of the children, and then to carry out the above-mentioned investigation on the family members of the children after the intervention. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software. Results the children with hand, foot and mouth disease were mostly in the age of 3 years old in March and June, and the family members of the children before and after nursing intervention were the causes of the disease. There were significant differences in clinical symptoms, ways of transmission, enhanced infectious period of disease, clinical treatment principles and common therapeutic drugs. Conclusion the nursing knowledge of pediatric outpatients with hand, foot and mouth disease should be given to the families of children with hand, foot and mouth disease. It is helpful to reduce the cross-infection, relieve the family emotion and promote the recovery of the disease.
