【摘要】：目的探討延伸護理在開窗減壓術治療頜骨大型囊性病變患者中的應用效果。方法將56例開窗減壓術治療頜骨大型囊性病變的患者按住院時間分為對照組和觀察組。對照組29例,實施常規(guī)出院指導;觀察組27例,實施常規(guī)出院指導和延伸護理服務。比較兩組患者的遵醫(yī)行為、按時復診的符合率、開窗期的長短、并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生率和護理服務的滿意度及護士對疾病知識的掌握程度。結果觀察組患者的遵醫(yī)行為、按時復診率、開窗期時長顯著好于對照組(P0.01);觀察組患者并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低于對照組(P0.05);觀察組患者對護理服務的滿意度高于對照組(χ2=35.06);觀察組護士對疾病知識的掌握程度高于對照組(t=3.6),兩組差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。結論延伸護理能提高患者遵醫(yī)行為、降低并發(fā)癥、提高服務滿意度、促進護理專業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of extended nursing in the treatment of maxillary large cystic lesions by fenestration and decompression. Methods 56 patients with large cystic diseases of jaw were divided into control group and observation group according to their hospitalization time. Routine discharge guidance was performed in 27 patients in the observation group, routine discharge guidance and extended nursing service were performed in the observation group. The compliance rate and the length of window opening were compared between the two groups. The incidence of complications, the satisfaction of nursing services and the degree of nurses' mastery of disease knowledge. Results the compliance behavior of patients in the observation group and the rate of return visit on time were observed. The duration of window opening was significantly better than that of the control group (P 0.01), the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P 0.05), the satisfaction with nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (蠂 2 / 35.06), and the degree of the nurses' knowledge of the disease in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.01). Conclusion extended nursing can improve the compliance behavior of patients. Reduce complications, improve service satisfaction, and promote the development of nursing profession.
