神經(jīng)疾病機械通氣病人的間接能量測定與經(jīng)驗?zāi)芰抗浪惚容^

【摘要】:目的:通過間接能量測定值與經(jīng)驗?zāi)芰抗浪阒当容^,為重癥神經(jīng)疾病病人提供合理能量供給依據(jù)。方法:納入40例機械通氣治療的神經(jīng)疾病危重癥病人,采用間接能量測定法獲得能量值,根據(jù)間接能量測定值偏離經(jīng)驗?zāi)芰抗浪阒党潭确譃槟芰拷咏M(偏離經(jīng)驗?zāi)芰抗浪阒怠?5%)和能量偏離組(偏離經(jīng)驗?zāi)芰抗浪阒?5%),分析兩組病人能量值偏離的影響因素。結(jié)果:能量接近組19例,能量偏離組21例。兩組單因素比較,年齡、BMI、腦卒中、腦炎、應(yīng)用鎮(zhèn)靜肌松藥等5個因素差異均有顯著性統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。經(jīng)多因素Logistic回歸分析后,僅病種分類中的腦炎為能量值偏離的獨立影響因素(P=0.024)。結(jié)論:腦炎病人間接能量測定值明顯偏離(高于)經(jīng)驗?zāi)芰抗浪阒?不適合采用經(jīng)驗?zāi)芰抗浪惴?其他病人間接能量測定值與經(jīng)驗?zāi)芰抗浪阒到咏?br/>[Abstract]:Objective: to provide a reasonable basis for energy supply to patients with severe neurological diseases by comparing indirect energy measurement and empirical energy estimation.
