綜合飲食護理干預在血液透析患者高磷血癥中的應用

【摘要】:目的:探討綜合飲食護理干預在血液透析伴高磷血癥患者中應用效果。方法:選取我科2015年2月~2016年2月收治的血液透析伴高磷血癥的60例患者為研究對象,隨機等分為觀察組和對照組。對照組給予常規(guī)護理,觀察組給予綜合飲食護理干預。比較兩組干預6個月后的鈣磷代謝指標以及人體測量學指標的變化。結果:觀察組干預6個月后的血磷低于對照組,鈣磷乘積小于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。兩組干預6個月時的血鈣值差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。兩組干預6個月時的身體質量指數(shù)(BMI)、肱三頭肌皮褶厚度(TSF)、上臂周徑(MAC)比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論:綜合飲食護理干預能夠有效降低血液透析高磷血癥患者的血磷水平,且不會影響患者的營養(yǎng)狀態(tài),值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of comprehensive dietary nursing intervention in hemodialysis patients with hyperphosphatemia. Methods: 60 patients with hyperphosphatemia were selected from February 2015 to February 2016 in our department. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing. The changes of calcium and phosphorus metabolism index and anthropometric index were compared between the two groups after 6 months of intervention. Results: after 6 months of intervention, the blood phosphorus of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the product of calcium and phosphorus was smaller than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in serum calcium between the two groups at 6 months after intervention. The body mass index (BMI), triceps skinfold thickness (TSFD), and circumference of upper arm (Marc) were compared between the two groups at 6 months after intervention. Conclusion: comprehensive dietary nursing intervention can effectively reduce the level of blood phosphorus in patients with hyperphosphatemia on hemodialysis, and will not affect the nutritional status of the patients, so it is worth popularizing.
